Suite 400 is our premiere space at 76 Richmond Street East. It’s our largest unit at 2150 square feet, with a spacious sized boardroom and lots of natural daylight coming in through the angled skylight – as well as through the common glass wall within the space.

The space features two large bay windows, facing south overlooking Richmond Street. Carpeting throughout the space is virtually new, and there is exposed original brick on the west wall and solid wooden ceilings which are twelve feet high. A true brick and beam space!

There is room for up to 16 people working comfortably, depending on how the space is arranged. One could have 18 or more people situated here. The boardroom has maple floors throughout. There are retractable blinds in the boardroom, as well as a roll-back whiteboard, exposing a nook for a monitor. One could fit up to a 48″ monitor or television, and its fully equipped with all necessary cables hidden in behind.

We have two entrances to the space. One through the boardroom, and one to the main, open workspace. The space has two private bathrooms and a separate kitchenette area with a dishwasher, sink, and space for a full-size apartment refrigerator, which is accessible through the common hallway adjacent to the boardroom. There is easy access to the freight elevator at the rear entrance of the building.

We have central air conditioning and heating, and the kitchen and bathrooms are vented properly, as well. The space is completely wired for Ethernet, with separate phone and network stations. Everything comes together in a central telephone and communications unit.

Building has 24/7 access, with secure front entrance using electronic key fobs issued to all employees, and a Mircom intercom system to communicate with customers and delivery personnel at the front entrance, from the comfort of your office.

As an added feature, we have a front door camera that is also accessible through your smart phone or desktop computer via the Internet. Only two blocks east of Yonge and the Eaton Center, 76 Richmond Street offers a great location, which is only steps to the Financial District, Queen Street Subway station and all major bus and streetcar routes.
